Jon has spent his career in English property and has seen it from the homeowner's side, the agency's side and his own. JP Property Consultancy puts that experience on your side of the table.

Where it started

From the branch floor to the bigger picture.

Jon began in residential estate agency on the south coast, in Christchurch and New Milton, before moving on to Southampton and then London. Residential sales, negotiation, branch management: the everyday work of helping people move.

Later, in business development, he stayed close to frontline agency teams and the market they worked in. People in the property business, business owners included, came to him for a view on what was really going on.

Today he brings that judgement directly to the people making the decisions: homeowners, buyers and sellers who want an experienced, independent view before they commit.

Alongside the consultancy he designs and builds data-led websites and market-intelligence tools, including this one. It keeps him close to how buyers and sellers actually search, compare and decide today.
