Buying and selling a home throws up choices that are hard to judge from inside the situation. Everyone involved has a job to do in getting the transaction done. Jon's job is different: the advice is there for you, not for the transaction.
The consultation gives you time to explain what is really going on and hear a separate professional view. If you already have an estate agent, solicitor or mortgage adviser, their role stays exactly as it is.

The enquiry form is a short fact-find, so Jon understands your situation before you speak. Sending it does not book or charge anything.

He will tell you honestly whether a consultation is likely to help.

If it is a good fit, Jon sends a secure Stripe payment link. Once you have paid, he emails you within one working day to arrange a time.

What is the consultation?
A private 45-minute conversation with Jon Pulman about your home move and the decision you are facing. You get an independent, experienced view of the options available to you, followed by a one-page written summary.
How much does it cost?
£250. That covers the 45-minute consultation and the written summary afterwards. There is nothing to pay when you enquire, and nothing is added later.
How does the consultation take place?
By Google Meet, phone or WhatsApp call, whichever suits you. Consultations are not held in person, so it makes no difference where in England you are moving.
How do I arrange one?
Fill in the enquiry form. It works as a short fact-find, so Jon understands your situation before you speak and the 45 minutes go on your decision rather than background. Jon reviews it and, if a consultation is appropriate, confirms and sends a Stripe payment link. Once you have paid, Jon emails you within one working day to arrange a time. Sending an enquiry is not a booking.
Can I speak to Jon if I already have an estate agent?
Yes. JPPC does not replace your estate agent. You remain your agent’s client, and Jon gives you a separate, independent view of the decisions around your home move.
What do I receive after the consultation?
A one-page written summary, sent within two working days: what you discussed, the options as Jon sees them, and suggested next steps. A full written report is not included. If more detailed work would help, it is discussed and quoted separately.
What can we discuss?
The parts of your move that matter to you, including buying, selling, price, offers, a worrying survey or valuation report, choosing or changing an estate agent, or a difficult or stalled transaction.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
You have 14 days from booking to change your mind, and you can cancel any time before your consultation takes place for a full refund. Rearranging with at least 24 hours’ notice is always free.
